What is Penetration Test?

A penetration test, or pen test, is an attempt to evaluate the security of business infrastructure by safely trying to exploit vulnerabilities, assess all physical security controls, including locks, fences, security guards, cameras, and other security measures. attempts to gain physical access to restricted areas, identify sensitive data, and gain an entry to a network.
